The trial court held that the plaintiff (respondent herein), Glen Falls Insurance Company, was obligated to defend, to the limits of its liability, a suit against the defendant (petitioner), Verle R. Vietzke, doing business as Sunnys Trucking, hereinafter referred to as the defendant.
