Action in the district court for Hennepin county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff alleged to have been caused
by the negligence of defendants. The case was tried before D. E. LaBelle, Judge, and a jury. A special verdict by the jury
found that the amount of damage plaintiff had sustained was $77,500; that the defendant August Pasma at the time of the accident
was not a loaned employe or servant of plaintiff's employer; that defendant Pasma was guilty of 65 percent negligence; that
defendant Northern States Power Company was guilty of ten percent negligence; and that plaintiff was guilty of 25 percent
contributory negligence. From an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendants J. M. Lambert,
